It’s been an exciting year for soccer in the U.S and abroad. The exit from Paris Saint-Germain soccer club by Zlatan Ibrahimovic has taken a dramatic twist as bookies have cut down odds of the soccer sensation joining Manchester United.  Moreover, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is 33, is not ruling out any exit from PSG and told sports reporters that his future lies firmly in the hands of his agent Mino Raiola.

Just the other day Louis Van Gaal, who is Manchester United’s current manager told reporters that his club is negotiating with the striker, Sources warn that his signing to the club would be a huge surprise.  Rumors in the sports arena linked the English Premier League Club to soccer stars such as Kevin Volland, Alvaro Morata, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Rumors are rife that Zlatan Ibrahimovic is likely to be signed into the club.  Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a former AC Milan player who is likely to be signed by Manchester United at an odds of 4:6. While other big clubs such as Roma, Arsenal and Spanish Giant Inter Milan all stand at an odds of 20:1 to sign him up!

Manchester United’s Boss Louis Van Gaal has come out evident that before the transfer window lapses, he is going to do all it will take to sign up the players he wants to join his team.  Training his guns on top players, it is coming out evidently that Van Gaal is interested in recruiting Zlatan. The Man United manager wants to snatch him from the jaws of Spanish giant AC Milan club just about to bag the player.  Zlatan Ibrahimovic is an excellent striker and Van Gaal is in the market in search of a seasoned striker that will help ease the pressure of Wayne Rooney.

Sources have it that Van Gaal has been following Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s way before starting his tenure at the Red Devils team. It goes without saying that the Swedish International remain atop of his table for strikers he is looking to sign up.

Who Is Zlatan Ibrahimovic?

Ibrahimovic is a Swedish international soccer player born on October 3rd, 1981, in Sweden. He grew up rough and beat the odds and became a sensational professional soccer player.  Ibrahimovic’s prowess on the field saw him sign up with several Swedish based soccer clubs and later played for clubs in Holland, Italy and Spain. His career has been on a trajectory since his young age and as a striker he has many titles under his belt.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is credited with helping his teams to nab eight consecutive league championship titles. Zlatan began his professional career in 1999 after signing up with Malmö.

Immediately after signing, he successfully managed to help the then placed second-division soccer club join the first level league the next season. Zlatan Ibrahimovic stands at 6’5” and was soon on his way to join AFC Ajax a prominent Dutch soccer club.  His tenure at the Dutch side saw him hone his dribbling skills and went ahead to win two titles with the club. However, it is during his tenure at the AFC Ajax when it was noted that Ibrahimovic had a temperament and went ahead to knock heads with his teammates as well as the head coach.

After he joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2012, Zlatan Ibrahimovic proved to his supporters and critics that he still got what it takes as a formidable striker by helping his club win the coveted First Ligue 1 title. Given his age and his record, it’s no wonder that Louis Van Gaal is looking to sign up as the striker on his team!
